Our Safety & Quality Process:
We believe in doing the job right the first time. To ensure the longevity of your new appliance and the safety of your home, we perform the following steps:
-Water pressure testing: We measure your home’s water pressure prior to installation . System must be below 80psi to protect your pipes and tank. If you pressure is too high, we can discuss options for a pressure reducing valve.
-Upfront Honesty: If your home requires specific code-mandated updates ( such as expansion tank, pan installation, or venting changes) a clear price for these items will be provided upfront before any work begins
